7+ years of experience in software engineering, including leadership roles
Hands-on experience building SaaS platforms from 0→1
Cloud-native mindset (bonus: AWS / Vercel / GCP familiarity)
Passion for clean architecture, fast iteration, and ethical data use
Empathy and a desire to build tech that actually helps humans grow
